not be complete without refference materials for RP. Here
is a place where people who want to research (Or create
uncommon fictional.) spectacular powers for IC and smooth
flowing OOC mechniations and rule sets.
Though all the knowledge here is OOC some of it is designed
for characters to know and use IC such as the magic examples.
Remember things like the fighting systems are OOC only.
Each tutorial is designed in a different way to accomidate
the different amounts and varieties of data so some may
seem difficult to navigate at first. Take your time.
